Warranty
The warranty period is listed on the product page.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us first using the contact information sent to your email after completing your purchase, and after carefully reviewing the warranty policy to ensure a successful claim.
We may then ask you to prepare the glasses for shipping, and we will arrange for the package to be collected by one of our shipping service providers.
Once the product arrives, you will be notified immediately, and within 48 hours we will inform you of the next steps according to the following cases:
1. Manufacturing Defects Identified:
Damaged parts will be replaced free of charge, and you will not be charged any shipping fees. Details and the required time for warranty service and shipping will be sent to your email.
2. Misuse Defects Identified:
Damaged parts will be repaired free of charge, but the customer must cover any shipping costs. We will send the details, the repair time required, and a payment link for all shipping fees. The product will be returned after repairs and payment are completed.
3. Severe Misuse Defects Identified:
These are defects caused by misuse that void the warranty. We will contact you to inform you of available spare parts, with all costs to be covered by you.
Important Notes:
We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice. We advise our customers to review the policy again when making a new purchase. (Previous purchases are subject to the warranty policy in effect at the time of purchase.)
The warranty program is valid within the Arab Republic of Egypt only, and for products purchased from the website with proof of payment.
The warranty policy mentioned on this page covers the frame only.
Cases, accessories, and any included gifts—if any—are not covered by any warranty.
We reserve the right to determine and define manufacturing defects. They do not include, for example, cracks, breaks, or dents resulting from misuse or poor care of the product.
The website management is not responsible for any damage that occurs during repair attempts by third parties. Any evidence of repair or modification by others voids your right to benefit from the warranty.
Do not remove any lenses from the frame, as doing so may cause damage that voids the warranty.
Breaks or defects resulting from installing lenses by third parties void your right to warranty. Lens installation must be done by qualified technicians who have the proper tools and follow the installation instructions provided with the product (if available). The website is not responsible for any damage resulting from attempting to install lenses through third parties.
Writing, drawing, coloring, engraving, or modifying any part of the frame in any way by the customer voids the warranty.
Packages sent without contacting us first will not be considered and may negatively affect the warranty process. The website is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses by the customer.
