Shipping Fees:

Shipping Duration:
After the order processing period ends (as listed on the product page), the order is carefully packaged and handed over to the shipping company. You will be notified by email and provided with tracking details if available.
Products are shipped to Cairo and Giza within three business days, and to other governorates within 3–5 business days, after the order processing period has ended.
The shipping duration does not include official holidays or unexpected circumstances such as mobility restrictions, severe weather, etc.
Shipment Tracking:
Most of our shipping service providers offer tracking numbers for shipments, allowing you to track your products through their website or mobile app.
You may also track your shipment by contacting us directly.
Important Notes:
We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice. We advise customers to review them again when making a new purchase, as previous purchases are subject to the shipping and order processing policy in effect at the time they were completed.
Delivery Date = Order Processing Time + Maximum Shipping Duration for the selected governorate.

The processing time starts the day after the order date.
If there are any defects resulting from damage to the package during shipping, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. You will be compensated with a new replacement of the same product at no additional cost or shipping fees.
