Terms & Conditions – Returns & Exchanges

To request a return or exchange, please contact us using the information sent to your email after completing your purchase, and after carefully reviewing the Return & Exchange Policy to ensure a successful claim.

First, make sure your request falls within the specified timeframe from the date of receipt, according to the following cases, and ensure that all original package contents are returned to complete the return/exchange process.


1. Product in its original condition – Return requested within 14 days of receipt

The amount paid will be refunded to you, excluding any shipping fees.

2. Product in its original condition – Exchange requested within 14 days of receipt

We will begin processing your new request and send you the details by email.

3. Product with manufacturing defects

(Does not include, for example, cracks or defects caused by misuse.)
If you request a return/exchange within 30 days of receipt:

  • A full refund and shipping fees will be issued in case of return.
  • Exchange will be provided with no shipping fees in case you prefer that.

4. Product damaged due to shipping

If you notify us within 24 hours of receipt, you will be compensated with a new replacement of the same product at no additional cost or shipping fees.


Important Notes:

We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice. We advise customers to review them when making a new purchase, as previous purchases are subject to the return & exchange policy in effect at the time the transaction was completed.

The Return & Exchange Policy applies within the Arab Republic of Egypt only, and only to products purchased from the website with proof of payment.

We reserve the right to reject return/exchange requests submitted after 14 days (for products in original condition) and after 30 days (for products without reported defects).

We reserve the right to reject requests for products showing cracks or defects resulting from misuse.

We reserve the right to identify and define manufacturing defects. These do not include, for example, cracks, breaks, or dents caused by improper use or poor handling.

Once 24 hours have passed from the time of delivery without reporting damage or defects in the package or its contents, this is considered an acknowledgment that the package and product were received in good condition.

We cover the cost of reshipping products only in cases 3 and 4.

We always arrange delivery of the package to one of our shipping service providers.

Packages sent without contacting us first—by following the instructions at the end of this notice—will not be processed and may negatively affect your return/exchange request. The website management is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses by the customer.

The customer is responsible for choosing proper and adequate packaging when returning the product to us.

We reserve the right to reject return/exchange requests if the product is damaged due to improper packaging by the customer during return shipping.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
The appearance of the refunded amount in your account may depend on the original payment method.

Do not remove any lenses from the frame, as causing damage will void your right to return/exchange.

We reserve the right to reject return/exchange requests for products showing cracks or defects caused by attempting to install lenses through third parties. Lens installation must be handled by qualified, trusted technicians using proper tools and following the installation instructions provided with the product. The website is not responsible for any damage caused during lens installation by third parties.

The website management is not responsible for any damage caused by repair attempts from third parties. Evidence of repair attempts voids your right to return/exchange and voids your warranty and maintenance rights.
