First: Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it.
  • You may also cancel your order if the shipping of the product exceeds the stated delivery date, without any charges.

Second: Order Modification

  • You may correct or modify your order—by selecting a new product or new options for the same product—within 8 hours of placing the order.
  • Additional fees may apply depending on your new selections.

We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice. We advise customers to review the policies again when making a new purchase, as previous purchases are subject to the cancellation & modification policy that was active at the time the transaction was successfully completed.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 8 hours from completing the payment, we may not be able to cancel the order. You will then need to submit a return/exchange request after receiving the product.

If a correction/modification request is submitted after 8 hours from completing the payment, we may not be able to modify the order. You will then need to submit a return/exchange request after receiving the product.

Delivery Date = Order Processing Time + Maximum Shipping Duration.

When modification requests are approved, the difference will be refunded to the customer through the original payment method, along with a confirmation email once processing begins. Alternatively, a payment link will be sent for any additional amount due, and processing will be paused until payment is completed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
The time required for the refund to appear in your balance may vary depending on the original payment method.
